We screen every tenant to make sure that they are qualified to rent the property.  We look at their credit history, employment verification, financial status, & rental history. 

We create a customized lease based on the information about the tenant.  This service is offered at no additional cost to landlord.

We not only hand deliver key to tenant, but we also take before and after pictures.

Financing:

We collect monthly rents and related charges from every tenant.  You never have to worry about whether or not the tenant will be home to get your rent money.

We provide direct deposit service at a minimal cost - it is fast and convenient.

We handle security deposits and tenant escrow account to ensure compliance with the real estate law - the choice is yours.

We ensure compliance with the terms of each Lease.

Eviction:

We handle all eviction Procedures including 5, 10 and 30 days notice, and we coordinate the eviction process with the court and the local sheriff – no need to miss a day for Court unless required.

We handle the Move-Out Inspections for you at no additional charge

We coordinate the Move-Out Cleaning and Repairs.

E-Card: Within 24 hours of the vacancy, we send an E-Card that included multiple pictures and details information about your property to approximately 2750 clients, 950 Agents and Brokers in Lehigh Valley, 2560 Agents and brokers in the New York Metropolitan area. We are continuing to build our database to reach more potential prospects for your home.

Multiple Listing Service: Within 24 hour, we input the listing in the Lehigh Valley Multiple Listing Services to give access to all of the agents and Brokers who are members of the organization.

YARD SIGN: We take the initiative to install our highly recognized YARD SIGN to generate calls daily from drive by buyers.
